How much does document printing cost?

Prices are per A4 side, include GST, and drop as your page count grows. Your rate is based on the total page count of all files in the order.

Inkjet or laser — which service fits your job?

Choose inkjet (economy) for everyday documents on 70–80gsm copy paper: textbooks, exam notes, handouts, manuals, forms and anything you prefer to read on paper. It’s the cheapest way to print, and it’s ideal for one-time-use documents. It is not suitable for commercial purposes such as presentations or marketing.

Choose laser (commercial) when quality matters: presentations, marketing collateral, reports and documents on heavier coated stock (120–250gsm). Our commercial laser press produces sharp text and smear-proof colour for a professional finish.

Printing for students

Our economy inkjet service is built for study material. Print course readers, lecture notes, exam preparation and handouts from 15¢ per side, with free staple binding for your first 30 booklets.

Print double-sided to bring the per-side rate down as your page count grows. The minimum order is 100 pages, so combining your subjects into one order gets you a better rate. We deliver anywhere in Australia, or you can collect from our Oakleigh South warehouse.

Document printing and binding

Staple binding is included free for the first 30 booklets in your order (up to 100 sheets each); after that a small per-booklet fee applies.

For thicker documents, comb binding with front and back plastic covers is available — the binding table below shows current prices. Leave a note in the order message and we’ll include it in your quote.

Delivery and pickup

Melbourne Metro delivery is free on print orders over $40, or $5 if your order is under $40. Outside Metro, shipping is rebated against your order total: $5 off per $50 of order value in Zone 2, and $5 off per $80 in Zone 3, down to free.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the minimum order? 100 pages for both services.

What paper do you use? Inkjet prints on 70–80gsm copy paper. Colour-heavy documents may be declined, because copy paper isn’t designed for high ink coverage. Laser printing uses coated and digital stocks from 120–250gsm.

Can I print in colour? Yes — colour is available on both the economy inkjet and laser services. Current per-side rates are shown in the price tables above.

Can I print marketing material? Laser printing suits presentations and marketing; the economy inkjet service is for text-based documents only.
