How much does cheap document printing cost?

Prices are per A4 side, include GST, and fall as your page count grows. Your rate is based on the total page count of all files in your order, so combining documents gets you a better price.

The minimum order is 100 pages. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges and no minimum spend beyond the page minimum — you only pay for what you print.

Save 50% or more vs Officeworks

On orders of 500 pages or more, our inkjet rates are 50% or more below Officeworks’ online document printing rate (checked September 2026). Every rate on this page is rendered from our current checkout pricing, so there’s nothing to re-quote.

As an example, a 500-page double-sided order currently comes to about $40 — delivered free within Melbourne Metro. Officeworks’ online rate for the same 500 pages is $110, before their delivery and binding charges.

Why we can keep prices low

• Chipless inkjet printing. Our business-class printers use reusable ink tanks instead of disposable chipped cartridges, so less of what you pay goes to consumable waste.
• One product, done well. We print plain documents on 70–80gsm copy paper — not business cards, brochures or signage — so our overheads stay low.
• Bulk rates that reward volume. Every file in your order counts towards the same total page count, and the rate drops at each tier.
• No hidden fees. No setup charges, no file fees and no binding charges on your first 30 booklets.

The trade-off is honest: this service is for text-based documents and is not suitable for commercial purposes such as presentations or marketing. If you need commercial quality, our laser service starts at 18¢ per side.

Students are who this service is built for. Course readers, lecture notes, exam preparation material and PPT handouts print from 15¢ per side — and it gets cheaper per page the more you print.
